Properties:
- Temperature-resistant from -240 °C to
+270 °C
- Compressive strength according to the condition of the
sealing surfaces up to 30 N/mm2
- Oxygen-resistant up to 100 bar at
90 °C.
- Chemical-resistant to all media
With pH values 0 to 14 as corrosive
acids, alkalis, solvents, gases and
molten metals. Exceptions are
molten or dissolved alkaline metals
as well as elementary fluorine and fluorinated gases at
higher temperatures and pressures.

The key sealing values are determined for
the pressure stages 6 bar, 16 bar and 40 bar

BAM Tgb. no. 4.1.332/94. On the
basis of test results, BAM
has authorised its use on steel
-, copper and
copper alloy flanges, both with a
smooth sealing strip and also with forward
and backward step up to oxygen pressures
of 100 bar and temperatures of 90 °C.
DIN DVGW reg. no. DG 52127AQ1282. Suitable
for gas supply at
pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures from
-10 °C to +50 °C has been verified
by tests.
