Heat exchanger station 200 KW heat output up to max. 100 °C flow temperature for 2.5-13.0 bar(g) steam pressure with condensate accumulation control consisting of:

- Standing tube bundle heat exchanger with CE marking according to DGRL and AD 2000 data sheets for condensate-side control with condensate cooling, tube heating bundle made from straight smooth precision tubes incl. insulation painted on the outside

Steam-side fittings comprising:
- Shut-off as motorised or pneumatic shut-off valve with safety function
- Manual shut-off valve
- Dirt trap
- Vacuum breaker
- Venting system

Condensate-side fittings comprising:
- Manual shut-off valve
- Dirt trap
- Motorised or pneumatic control valve for condensate build-up
- Steam trap
- Inspection glass for flow control

Secondary-side fittings comprising:
- PT 100 temperature sensor for temperature measurement
- Safety thermostat
- Where applicable, pressure limiter min. or pressure limiter max.
- Safety valve to prevent impermissible overpressure on the secondary side

Temperature control comprising:
- Switchgear for operating and monitoring the heat exchanger station, switching the shut-off valve with safety device and controlling the condensate build-up, incl. installation and wiring of the 3-point step controller, where applicable integration of the signals pressure limiter min. or max., setpoint adjustment on the industrial controller

- Compl. pre-assembly of the previously described components on a base frame pre-installed ready for connection and pre-wired
